We customize it for your group with our curation team and create a sales page for you to sell the trip on.

HOW TO SECURE YOUR CROWD-SOURCED XPERIENCE


1. You will need to submit an application with Xtreme HERE for approval (1 week). ·    


2. After the application is approved, you will be contacted by our curation team for a discovery call about your trip.


3. A per person budget and requested inclusions will be discussed during the discovery call


4. Based on the initial budget, you will put down a non-refundable payment for one double occupancy room. Trip insurance is highly recommended!


5. You will sign the contract for the trip (which we will get co-signed by Xtreme) and the trip build will begin. (4-6 weeks) 


Once the trip is built and ready to book you will get your group the link to make their down payment (min $200pp) or full payment, which will enter them into a non-refundable agreement for the trip package. Please note that even though it is non-refundable we can do a one-time name change on a room if someone can’t go. Trip insurance is highly recommended for all travelers!

PRICING GUIDELINES


This is only a guideline for the per person pricing on each Xperience. Your trip will be custom curated for your group so, many trips could cross over into 2 different categories depending on the customization for your group!

BUDGET = Under $700pp • INTERMEDIATE = $701-1500pp • XCLUSIVE BUCKET LIST = $1501 and up
