Four nights, seven famous dive bars and…who knows what in between.  Let’s talk shop, make friends, set goals & dreams while we hob-nob with Xtreme’s top Leaders! Some of the best memories, meals & deals (napkin roadmaps to success) are made in dive bars. Buckle up for a really fun road trip caravan down the Alabama and Florida Coastline. We will visit some very famous dive bars during our 4-days together. Plan on a lot of laughs, things you never thought you would do, great scenery, new friendships and once-in-a-lifetime memories…some that can be shared and some that might need to stay at the beach. Who knows what we will run into, makes for good insider secrets on your next trips : )

Dive Bar:
a: a dive bar is typically a small, unglamorous, eclectic, old-style drinking establishment with inexpensive drinks; it may feature dim lighting, shabby or dated decor, neon beer signs, packaged beer sales, cash-only service, and local clientele.
b: there are dives with and without music. Dives with and without food. There are old falling-down dives, and there are brand new dives. There are dark, dirty, dank & silent dives, and there are bright loud dives (mostly by the ocean).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 100% refundable the first 24hrs after booking
  • After the first 24hrs the package is 100% NON-refundable, no exceptions. You may sell the package and do a one time name change free of charge up until 30 days prior when the resort change fees will apply at $75 per change.
  • All payment-plan cancellations will forfeit the $129 deposit for the processing fee.
  • We HIGHLY recommend the travel insurance that will be offered in your confirmation email.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, TERMS & COSTS

  • Adults Only – Must be 21 to attend
  • Airfare is NOT included in the trip price. Closest commercial airports are Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) and Pensacola International Airport (PNS).
  • No transportation provided. We will be caravanning together between locations. In the event there is a need for a DD for your group, your hosts will help accommodate you.
  • You may incur toll road fees on our route
  • No food or drinks provided at any of the stops
  • All resort taxes and fees, as of your date of purchase, have been included. In the event taxes change or new taxes apply to your trip, you will be alerted and responsible for the difference.
  • A small booking/service fee, based on the total price of your trip, will be charged at checkout by our booking engine.
  • Gratuity is not included in your pricing so make sure to bring lots of 1’s, 5’s, 10’s and 20’s to tip the people along the way that make you smile, make your day, or just make it better!
  • Bedding type (i.e. king bed or two queen beds) is not guaranteed. Please include your bedding preference in the notes section during check out and we will make the request to the hotel but, remember IT IS NOT GUARANTEED.

COVID Policy: 

In the ever-changing landscape of COVID protocols here is our policy. All getaways will travel on their planned date unless the resort or the borders close. We have taken every precaution in setting up the best COVID agreements with our vendors to protect our clients. If an event/excursion is cancelled due to COVID, we will pass on whatever refund we obtain that is attributable to the Client. Client understands that traveling during the COVID era comes with the inherent risk of date changes, cancellations and partial refunds. Client must cooperate with us in obtaining the refund, which may include the returning of any unused tickets etc. If this is unacceptable, Client may want to postpone travel until a more predictable time. If you do decide to travel we highly recommend opting for the travel insurance offered in your confirmation email. Travel is very unpredictable these days.
